Questions and answers
Questions about the beta.
Can I place a real laboratory order?
No. This release is a prototype (beta test) using sample data. It does not transmit orders, accept fabrication work or collect payment.
Who is the proposed service for?
Clinic coordinators and laboratory intake teams working in an existing relationship. A laboratory-sponsored network and independently billed organizations remain separate service options.
What happens when instructions change?
A new instruction revision resets laboratory acceptance. Earlier versions and decisions remain available. A delivery-date proposal has a separate agreement record.
Are directory organizations customers?
No. The directory contains potential organisations identified through public research. Manual additions are separately labeled unverified. Sample clinics and laboratories used in orders are different entities.
Does evaluation interest send a message?
No. It saves a local workflow-interest record that you can export and share yourself with the project contact who supplied the demonstration.
Can the software make clinical decisions?
No. The clinic retains professional instructions and the laboratory retains fabrication and release responsibility. This release does not design or assess restorations.
How do I retain my work?
Export readable business records to Excel, print reports to PDF and use the complete ZIP backup for recovery, including test-file bytes. Browser storage is local and can be cleared.
Is pricing finalized?
No. The service footprint, support load, payer and willingness to pay remain to be established. No paid subscription is active.
