Create a useful test attachment without patient information
Testing upload and recovery does not require a real patient scan or copied prescription. A small sample file can exercise the same technical path.
Follow the record
Create a text or CSV file containing a test case code, a clearly example instruction and the phrase TEST DATA. Omit names, birth dates, contact details and real identifiers. Attach it to a draft, download it, export a full backup and verify the restored download. The local limit is one megabyte per file.
Interpret the result
Record whether the payload survives intact and whether the interface explains failures. This verifies the tested mechanism. It does not establish that a future hosted service is authorized or secure enough for patient information.
