Put support effort inside the pricing decision

Founder support time is a resource requirement even before it produces a payroll invoice. A low subscription price can look viable only because that effort is omitted.

Follow the record

Log actual handling minutes by organization and category, including repeated questions and defects. Confirm support effort, usage costs and payment charges before setting a fee. No subscription margin or break-even target is adopted for the beta.

Interpret the result

Test scope and price together. Replace assumptions with real workload and buyer responses before adopting an offer. Preserve prior assumptions and explain changes rather than presenting an improved forecast without its cause.
