One payer can still mean five organizations to support
A laboratory may sponsor four clinics, but changing the payer does not remove their onboarding, questions or information responsibilities. Served organizations and paying units are different measures.
Follow the record
The illustrative network has five organizations. At half an hour of support each and CAD 40 per hour, support costs CAD 100 monthly; a CAD 8 usage allowance per organization adds CAD 40. Those assumptions must be replaced with measured workload and actual supplier costs.
Interpret the result
Compare sponsored and independently billed models on the same footprint. No researched organization has accepted either model. The example is a cost decision aid, not a published offer or a forecast of customers.
