Separate release checks from a tracking reference

A courier reference cannot substitute for the decision to release the current work. Recording dispatch first can conceal a missing review.

Follow the record

Use CD-1053 in Laboratory view. Attempt dispatch before completing the current-revision checklist. Record the example instruction check, work-record check and release decision, then enter a sample tracking reference and handoff note. Confirm that the event history preserves the sequence.

Interpret the result

Ask the reviewer to distinguish release, dispatch and receipt. ConnectDent records a proposed administrative sequence. It does not inspect the restoration, certify product quality or book a courier. Those real responsibilities remain with the relevant organizations.
