Use the least information a workflow test needs
A real order may seem more convincing, but an administrative task can often be tested with invented particulars and test files. The purpose should determine the information needed.
Follow the record
The 24 sample cases cover incomplete intake, revisions, date changes, attachments, release and delivery exceptions without patient identities. Reproduce the decision condition, not a real persons record. Avoid copying private information into feedback, screenshots or filenames.
Interpret the result
Record the boundary of the result. Example tasks can expose confusing controls and broken record handling. They cannot demonstrate clinical benefit or authorize real-data processing. A later study requiring real information needs its own purpose, permissions and verified controls.
