Evaluate both sides of the same handoff

A clinic may finish entering an order quickly while transferring extra clarification work to the laboratory. A one-sided timing exercise can miss that cost.

Follow the record

Recruit an actual clinic and its existing laboratory counterpart only after both agree to the scope. Use equivalent invented instructions and change events in their current process and the prototype. Record completeness, assistance, active work, re-entry and the receiver’s interpretation. Local role switching is useful rehearsal but is not participation by two organizations.

Interpret the result

Compare the complete handoff. A faster first screen is not an improvement if total effort or misunderstanding rises. Preserve refusals and limitations alongside successful attempts; no participant results are supplied with this local release.
