Define the first supported workflow before onboarding
A buyer may expect a coordination product to replace scanner, accounting and clinical systems unless the initial service boundary is explicit. Unbounded setup promises can overwhelm a small service.
Follow the record
Specify participating organizations, selected workflow, permitted information, systems that remain and included support. Separate setup work from recurring service. In this evaluation, the workflow covers administrative instructions, acceptance, dates, files, handoffs and review; clinical decisions, manufacturing, payments and live courier services remain outside it.
Interpret the result
Ask each role to explain the boundary in its own words. Resolve differences before adding features or pricing a paid scope. A example evaluation is an opportunity to discover those mismatches without activating an operational service.
