Confirm the clinic–laboratory relationship before pairing it
A laboratory and two clinics operating in the same city are not necessarily connected. A research shortlist must not imply a relationship that has never been established.
Follow the record
The prepared candidates are BC Digital Dental Studio, Nest Dental and Oakridge Park Dental, each independently researched. Ask which existing counterpart can participate and obtain that counterpart’s permission. Keep organization identifiers separate from relationship identifiers so one clinic is not counted twice as a customer.
Interpret the result
A suitable initial pair has recurring relevant work, responsible people on both sides and an administrative question worth testing. Geography and published restorative services justify questions, not assumptions about the answer.
