Connect each guide to a concrete evaluation task
A visitor reading about changed instructions should be able to inspect that exact workflow rather than landing on a generic product screen with no next action.
Follow the record
Use a sample case with a relevant revision, question or date decision. Explain what to inspect, what to try and what a meaningful result would look like. The local evaluation-interest form records the workflow a reviewer wants to explore; the record can be exported but is not transmitted.
Interpret the result
Measure article-to-task use only after publication and an approved measurement setup. Prepared calendars and budgets contain no invented visitors, subscribers or conversions. Useful content earns attention by helping the reader understand a task, not by implying a live service.
