An acceptance needs an instruction and an actor

A green Accepted badge is incomplete evidence if a reviewer cannot identify the version accepted or the role that recorded the decision.

Follow the record

Choose Laboratory on a complete submitted case. Review the instruction and files, add a handoff note and accept the current revision. Compare its snapshot with the version history before starting production. A later instruction change clears acceptance; a separately agreed date change retains its own decision record.

Interpret the result

Ask the reviewer to explain what the acceptance covers. Local role switching illustrates responsibility and permissible transitions. It does not authenticate a person or prove that an actual organization authorized the action.
